Just as we enter the campus of Sister Nivedita University we see the statue of the person it is named after. Just like her, our university is also the epitome of acceptance. Accepting students globally, the cherry on top being its affordable fees structure.


  The sky high campus enables us to dream as big as the sky and be limitless, even making these dreams come to reality. 


Here, fun and education are the two faces of the same coin. Our Melbourne cafe, amphitheatre, volleyball court, canteen, auditorium are places where students from every course spend their leisure, while vibing to music or having heart to heart conversation. Now talking about the educational facilities apart from the exciting courses of mass communication and journalism, pharmacy, microbiology, etcetera that it is providing. We can also take into account our huge library, the various laboratories, moot court etcetera.


We even have our own radio room and newspapers of our own. Besides the four walls, classes are also taken under the blue sky by our absolutely amiable and understanding faculty members. The non- teaching staff in this educational institution are really helpful and cooperative as well. The college has broken many stereo-types, one of them being the classes under the open sky, surrounded by greenery. This signifies the freedom the college gives its students to express all their colors at full brightness. The exquisite college facilities and its infrastructure attracts students from all parts of the country. Every student is tied in a bond of unity, starting from studying in the library together to staging events in the amphitheatre or grabbing a coffee from our melbourne cafe or to calm down our hungry stomachs at the canteen. No department here is identified as an individual, here at SNU we are a team. Working hard every day for the betterment of each department and our college as a whole. 


We enjoy, we study, we grow as an individual and our college boosts all of it by providing us with internships and placements at renowned places. Since our college is bent on breaking stereo-types, we do not have many holidays where we stay at home, instead we celebrate it at college. Bonding us more with our university and making us more of SNU “tigers” each day.
